During this 2-week course we will cover the basics of CrossFit. Each class you will learn new skills, review and end with a workout. We will introduce, refine and teach technique and range of motion requirements for a majority of movements and skills CrossFit uses.
We will cover: Squats: Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Back Squat
Olympic Lifts: Clean and Jerk, Snatch
Power Lifts: Deadlifts, Sumo Dead lift High Pull, Medicine Ball Cleans Gymnastics Skills: Pull-ups, Push-ups, Sit-ups, Ring dips, Handstands, etc. Other/Cardio: Jump ropes, Box jumps, Rowing, Running, Kettlebells
Nutrition: We will share our philosophy on food with the Paleo and Zone diets.
